MARIA MIKHAILOVNA SINYAKOVA-URECHINA (1898-1984)
Painter, graphic artist. Studied at the art studios of Kharkov, under Ye.Agafonova, and in Moscow, under I.Rerberg. In 1914 travelled in Germany and the Central Asia. Was under influence of Gauguin and Matisse. In 1913 joined futurists V.Khlebnikov, N.Aseev. In 1913-14 participated in exhibitions of "The Union of the Youth" in St.Petersburg, member of Kharkov group "The Union of the Seven" (1918), member of association "The Four Arts " (1925). In 1926 illustrated works by A.Kruchyonykh.
