YURY PAVLOVICH ANNENKOV (1889-1974)
Painter, graphic artist, sculptor, theatre and cinema artist . Studied in St. Petersburg at the workshops of S. Seidenberg (1908-1911), Ya. Tsyonglinsky (1909-1910), at the Baron Stieglitz Central School for Technical Draftsmanship (1909-1911), in 1911-1912 attended the workshops of M. Denis and F. Valloton in Paris. From 1913 tol 1924 lived in Moscow and Petrograd. From 1924 - abroad and died in Paris. Member of the union "The World of Art " (1917 (?) -1922), founder member of the Society of Easel Painters . Prominent representative of Russian advant-guard. His works are exhibited in many museums of the world.
