FRANCISCO INFANTE-ARANA (born in 1943)
Painter, graphic artist. Studied at the Moscow Secondary Art School of the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.Surikov (1956-62). Participated in exhibitions of group "Motion" (1962-68). Created projects of moving space constructions, kinetic theatre, projects of artificial space systems. From 1968 created environmental installations. In 1970 organized group "ARGO", from 1976 creates artefacts in the form of slides. Participant of many exhibitions in the USSR, more than 100 abroad. There have were more than 20 personal exhibitions. Lives and works in Moscow.
