ALEXANDRA GRIGORYEVNA KOLTSOVA (1892-1985)
Painter, graphic artist, decorative artist.Studied at Stroganov Industrial Art School (1912-1916) under P.P.Pashkov, at the Higher Art and Technical Workshops (1918-21) under A.A.Osmyorkin and A.A. Vesnin (painting), under N.P.Ulyanov (drawing). In 1928 she was sent to Paris, where spent four years. She participated in many prestigious exhibitions, e.g. the Autumnal Salon, the Salon of Independent Artists, worked to numerous orders of French and German industrial companies for drawings of decorative items. In 1932 returned in the USSR.
