BORIS DMITRIEVICH GRIGORYEV (1886-1939)
Known artist, graphic artist, illustrator. Studied at Stroganov Industrial Art School (1903-07) under D.A. Shcherbinovsky. Was admitted in "The World of Art ", became a permanent member of its exhibitions in St.-Petersburg and Moscow. In 1919 illegally left for Finland, then moved to Berlin. Practised as an artist in emigrant magazines. From 1921 lived and worked in Paris.
